The Adjustable Film Roller provides precision nip-roll calibration and tension-controlled film transport downstream of flat-die extrusion. Hard-chrome nip rollers set the film gauge from 0 to 5 mm; FDA-compliant 65° Shore A rubber transport rollers handle the film without marking or deformation. Line speed adjusts from 0 to 9 m/min. The unit integrates as a standalone accessory or as part of the complete Micro Film Line. All structural components are stainless steel (1.4404).
