01 / 04OVERVIEW

The ZE12 is the largest extruder in the Three-Tec micro-extruder range. A 12 mm co-rotating twin-screw with 20 Nm maximum torque and 250 bar pressure capacity, it handles pre-production batches, high-viscosity compounds, and filled formulations that demand more mechanical energy than the ZE5 or ZE9 can deliver. The same Siemens S7-1500 control platform and 316L stainless construction apply. Paired with the ZD 9 FB feeder and a downstream pelletizing line, the ZE12 forms a complete micro-processing chain suitable for clinical-trial-quantity production under cGMP.
