ZD-series flat-tray feeders with gravimetric control down to 0.003 l/h. Pre-blending, loss-in-weight, and volumetric modes available for powders, pellets, and liquids.

Melt Extrusion

Wet & Melt Pelletizing

From inquiry to trial report in four steps.
Define the scope
Tell us your formulation, target form (granule, film, fiber), and any constraints. We propose equipment, screw configuration, and a run plan.
Send your sample
Ship as little as 1 g of active and excipient. We store under NDA and prepare the line for your material class.
Run the trial
Observe onsite in Piscataway or join by video call. Every parameter is logged — temperatures, torque, feed rate, residence time — and shared in the final report.
Review & scale
Receive a full trial report with process data, SEM or optical images if requested, and a recommended equipment configuration for your production scale.
