01 / 04 — OVERVIEW
The Single-Screw Feeder handles free-flowing powders and pellets at controlled volumetric or gravimetric rates. A single metering screw with optional internal agitator prevents bridging in cohesive materials. For higher throughput or multi-component dosing, a quadruple-screw variant is available on the same frame. All wetted parts are stainless steel; the controller mounts internally or externally depending on panel-space constraints. The feeder integrates with any ZE-series extruder via the shared Siemens PLC for synchronized start/stop and speed-following operation.
