01 / 04 — OVERVIEW

The Micro Fiber Line produces monofilament and multifilament fibers downstream of ZE-series extruders. A precision melt pump meters polymer at constant throughput into a cross-head spinneret die. Heated godets, a quench bath, and a draw unit control crystallization, orientation, and final fiber diameter. The line is PLC/MES-ready for integration into continuous pharmaceutical or technical-textile production environments. Suitable for research into bio-absorbable sutures, drug-loaded fibers, technical monofilaments, and nanoscale fiber development.
