01 / 04 — OVERVIEW
The Micro Film Line converts ZE-series extrudate into precision flat films for pharmaceutical, packaging, and materials-research applications. A calibrated roll stack with independently heated and cooled rolls controls film thickness and surface finish. Integrated tension control maintains uniform draw ratio across the web width. A magnetic-coupled rewinder collects finished film without introducing mechanical vibration. The line mounts downstream of any ZE-series extruder and shares the same Siemens PLC platform for unified process control and data logging.
