01 / 04OVERVIEW

The 50 / 77 / 100 mm extruder family extends the Three-Tec platform from laboratory micro-batches to pilot and production throughput. The same co-rotating twin-screw geometry, modular barrel segments, and Siemens control architecture used on the ZE5 through ZE12 carry forward, preserving screw-configuration knowledge and process parameters developed at micro scale. These systems serve pharma, polymer, food, and specialty-chemical producers who have validated formulations on Three-Tec micro extruders and need a geometrically predictable scale-up path without re-qualifying on third-party equipment.
